Karen Sparks brings more than 24 years of Fortune 100 human resources experience to her work as a Consulting Associate with The People Company Consulting Group. She has spent her career helping leaders make better people decisions, navigate organizational change, strengthen workplace culture, and address the issues that can quietly undermine performance.
Her experience spans leadership development, HR strategy, employee engagement, change management, workforce strategy, coaching, and organizational culture. She has worked across U.S. and global operations, supporting manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate teams within complex multinational organizations.
Karen understands what happens when business strategy and the employee experience don’t line up. Engagement drops. Good people leave. Managers struggle with issues they were never prepared to handle. Decisions that make sense on paper create unintended consequences in practice. Her work helps leaders recognize those gaps earlier and make decisions that work for both the organization and its people.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
