Who This Experience Is For
The Shift Leadership Experience is intentionally designed for senior leaders who carry responsibility for culture, people, and results.
This retreat is for:
CEOs, founders, and senior executives
Leaders who understand that culture shapes trust, performance, and long-term success and who want to lead it with consistency and credibility.
Senior HR, people, and organizational culture leaders
Those who sit at or regularly advise the executive table and are accountable for navigating burnout, attrition, and high-stakes culture decisions in complex environments.
Leaders operating in politically sensitive or high-pressure contexts
Executives and advisors who must move culture forward while managing scrutiny, resistance, and competing expectations.
Change leaders with enterprise-level influence
People with the authority and responsibility to shape systems, behaviors, and norms, not just implement initiatives.

You are early in your leadership career and still building foundational management skills
-
You are looking for a certification, tactical training, or step-by-step playbook
-
You want culture change without examining how you personally lead
-
You are not willing to engage in reflection, honest dialogue, and behavior-level shifts
-
You prefer large conferences over intimate, high-trust environments
This experience is intentionally small because depth requires safety, honesty, and shared responsibility.

Why This Experience Is Different
The Shift Leadership Experience is intentionally designed for depth, not volume.
This is not a conference.
It is not a leadership training.
It is not a space to perform expertise or collect ideas you will never use.
This experience is built for leaders who rarely have time to pause, reflect, and think clearly about how they are leading and what leadership is costing them.
What makes this experience different:
-
A small, senior-level cohort where conversation stays peer-to-peer
-
High-touch facilitation that balances reflection with practical application
-
Space to think, speak honestly, and recalibrate without distraction
-
Focus on behavior, presence, and daily leadership impact, not slogans or trends
-
Integration of identity, strategy, and culture into a coherent leadership approach
Everything about this experience is designed to support clarity, steadiness, and sustainable influence.
Who Will Be in the Room
YOU will be in the room with leaders who understand the weight of responsibility and the complexity of culture work.
Participants typically include:
-
CEOs, founders, and senior executives accountable for culture and results
-
Senior HR, people, and organizational culture leaders who advise or sit at the executive table
-
Leaders navigating high-pressure or politically sensitive environments
-
Change leaders with enterprise-level influence and decision-making authority
This is a confidential, high-trust environment.
Everyone in the room carries responsibility.
Everyone is here to do the work, not posture.
